Designed to work with the number of users you believe would fit your needs. There is no limit to the number of users you can have!
HOW DOES THE SOCIAL MEDIA RANKING WORK?
With permission from the candidate, we examine their social media profiles from the number of users, frequency of posts, interaction rating, content followed, and more. This will give you an understanding of their social media knowledge, awareness, and capabilities which is integral in today’s society.
IS THE SOCIAL MEDIA ANALYSIS AN INTRUSION INTO THE CANDIDATE’S PERSONAL PRIVACY?
This is a hot topic, but our software focuses on the candidate’s actions rather than their content. It is looking at their ‘digital footprint’ rather than what they produce. This will give you a clear indication of what the candidate knows about social media and how useful they will be for the role.
